Organizing training details
I'm thinking about how to present essential training elements. I want to cover principles like fresh recovery and quality, along with a warm-up routine and sprint mechanics cues. I’ll also include drills for acceleration, max velocity, change of direction, and ball speed. Strength and plyometrics specifics are important too, as well as a weekly plan template. I'll make sure to include testing, progression, recovery and injury prevention, and point out common mistakes. Keeping it concise will be key!
